Your Privacy

We collect personal information that you provide to us for the purposes of fulfilling your order and to communicate with you. We do not share personal information with others unless this is necessary for the purpose for which it is provided or required by law. We may analyse non-identifiable web traffic data to improve our services.

You may seek access to personal information held about you by Isolation in accordance with your rights under the Privacy Act. You have the right to ask to have information corrected or deleted. To protect your privacy, and that of others, we may ask you to verify your identity as part of actioning an access or correction request. You can ask to be removed from our mailing list.

Backorders

If a product you order is temporarily out of stock, we will give you the choice to place it on backorder. We will advise you by phone or email how long we expect it to take, and your credit card will not be charged for that item until it is dispatched. There will be no additional delivery charges for backordered items. If you have paid by cheque however we will bank it for security reasons.

Guarantee

All our garments are checked before dispatch. However if you are not satisfied with the garment you have ordered, please return it to us in its original condition, within 30 days of receipt. We will replace or refund using the same method of payment you used to pay.

Returns Policy

You can return within 30 days of receipt of your order. However we will only accept returns that are in original condition with all labels and any tags still attached. If you do return, please provide your name, address, contact details and customer number (if you have one), so that we can trace the original order.
